In an ideal world it would be great to see a hundred cases. However, from experience of teaching, if you see this many mammograms you will be great at this – but you will need to give ground somewhere else. 25 is the sweet spot to give you enough exposure to experience BIRADS and get your eye in to be able to spot abnormality, yet leave enough time to prepare other areas.
